Two-session Zoom-based course scheduled for June 13–14, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM KSA time. Designed for Arabic-speaking clinicians and mental health professionals in Saudi Arabia and the GCC

What is the "Safe to Love" Masterclass?

It is a safe, educational, and experiential space that helps you understand why closeness can trigger anxiety, overthinking, or withdrawal — and guides you through practices that restore calm and connection.

The masterclass combines psychological knowledge and practical application through a 90-minute session that includes tools
grounded in Attachment Theory, Relational Neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems.

In this session, you will go through an educational and experiential journey that helps you understand the science of safety in love, learn the 4 S's of Secure Attachment (Safe, Seen, Soothed, Secure), and practice grounding, visualization, and relational tools to move from reacting to relating with clarity and calm.

Why should you attend this course with me?

After more than ten years of clinical work with trauma and attachment wounds in America and Saudi Arabia, I decided to dedicate my work outside the clinic to offering training courses that help individuals understand themselves more deeply and build more secure
relationships.

I am a trained practitioner in understanding the lasting impact that childhood relationships leave on our lives today. It is often difficult to deal with feelings of anxiety or lack of trust in relationships. That's why I designed this course to be a safe and emotional space that combines the latest research in attachment and nervous system regulation, with practical tools that help you deal with these patterns more consciously and purposefully.
I look forward to joining you on this journey.
